All our houses are:

• Refurbished to a high standard (in most cases including refitted Kitchens and Bathrooms).
• Most rooms are doubles but also with a small selection of singles.
• Have digital TV aerials and sockets into each Bedroom.
• Are furnished, including beds, desks, chairs and wardrobes in the Bedrooms along with Sitting Room furniture
• Utility INCLUSIVE of all bills including a TV license and
• Fast wireless Broadband internet connection

We are members of:

• The Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS) Government approved deposit protection scheme
• Property Redress Scheme (PRS) Government approved redress scheme
• We have Client Money Protection Insurance (CMP) which means all money including deposits are guaranteed
• We have Professional Indemnity Insurance (PI)
• We are registered as part of Cheltenham Borough Councils "Fit to Rent" Scheme.
• We are registered as part of Cheltenham Borough Councils HMO licensing Scheme.

And finally

All our houses are annually checked for all required Health and Safety implications, including Gas, Electrical, Fire and Carbon Monoxide detection aswell as Legionella and therefore have the appropriate Certificates in place.
